A campaign that personally reached 300 000 Coop customers via a custom digital platform. For the first time in Estonia, a video message was used in customer communication, where voice, text, and visuals were personalized simultaneously. The content and each customer’s data were seamlessly edited together in real time at the moment they watched the video.
