The idea for "Mart jagab Matsu" was born during the filming of the TV series ALO. According to the script, ALO needed a politician, and Rohe Auto needed something that would stand out from everything else on the market and talk about car taxes. The answer was simple in both cases: who else, if not Mart Võrklaev?
