March 2025. Eesti Loto’s website was down for four days. 73% of sales were put on hold and trust took a hit. It was clear that this couldn't be solved with traditional crisis communication. Together with freshly crowned Eesti Laul winner Tommy Cash, we invited players and non-players to build the Uus Eesti Loto community and co-create a new digital platform, kick-starting an organizational restart
