UMA offers Asian inspired cuisine. We don't take ourselves too seriously, nor cling too much to authenticity. True asian foods can sometimes be quite foreign and strange. We reinterpret the essence of Asia in a palatable way to a nordic audience. We adjust the recipe to achieve just the right amount of umami, freshness and spice - both on the plate and in our visuals.
