Burnt walls of the warehouse of the Pakendikeskus were covered with street art. Between July 20-24, 2023, 102 artists from Estonia and elsewhere left their mark on the walls as collective collage. The action was unique because never before had so many different artists drawn on a single wall at once. The media coverage included TV3, Postimees, Õhtuleht and others. Ca 5000 people visited the wall.
