Description: Together with RSA, SEB offers its kasko insurance clients free Car Help service. The additional service is also available for already existing clients but still their insurance payments are the same, the service didn’t raise the prices. The goal: To get this information to people in Tallinn who have a higher income and who own a car or work in a position where they decide where to buy insurance for company’s cars and do that with very modest media budget. Execution: Car Help service is necessary but people realise that only after they get in trouble. We explained the scope of the free service and the need for it through the free Fuel Help (it is a part of Car Help service). The offer was in the form of a petrol station’s price board. On it was the list of services and all the prices showed 0. The result: Thanks to this special solution we talked to most of the people who go through Tallinn’s centre and we did it with a very low media budget. Why is presented: We chose the places based on the movements of the target group and the petrol station-like environment. We turned the small parking lots into our ad, because with pour price board they looked like “Free petrol stations” In the dark the price board with its red lights was really visible.
