SEB Aastakonverents 2015 – Innovation Day was an internal conference designed to introduce all employees of SEB the subject of changing environment and the ways of future banking. The goal was to make everyone think about tomorrow already today. We used the metaphor of sports and human body to address the subject of change and innovation. We used a surprising location and created an unexpected environment with innovative technical solutions to show how doing traditional things a bit differently can generate new solutions and ideas. All elements of the day supported the idea of changing environment and need for innovation in future banking. The results showed that Innovation Day was a good starting point to address the challenges that SEB is facing in an honest, positive and inspiring way.
