Usually retail concept update means repositioning shelves, freshening pricetag colors and sometimes even changing background music. For Sangar we decided to do something else.
In July a digital assistant was installed to each retail shop. It reduces the time to choose a shirt approximately 70%. Reduction is achieved by showing suitable shirts to according to clients parameters on a big 60 inch screen. Step into shop. Choose your parameters. Clerk enters your info on iPad. Matching shirts appear on the screen. Choose, try on and buy.
