Hiiumaa is a special place. When a new brewery was established in Kärdla, the obvious strategy was to put the island itself at the centre of the brand. Well- and not-so-well-known places (the deepest drill hole in Estonia, anyone?) found their way to the packaging, website, and other communication. Hiiumaa is known for its shipbuilders, so the headline font and logo reference old ship nameplates.
