In 2016 the most important keywords for SEB were increased cooperation between different departments,changes in business structures and increase of efficiency.
In a competition called “Dance Battle” employees established different dance companies to compete against each other in dancing.
From October to January during the preliminary rounds the 8 finalists were chosen.
Teams gained knowledge in the joint training camp where the judges presented different dance styles. Finalists had a chance to practice with the choreographer Villiko Kruuse,but the final word in production was left to the dance companies.
15 teams with more than 150 participants from departments all over Estonia.
New format gave a chance to the participants to experience teamwork with colleagues.
