Kirjeldus
Appreciation project for Estonian writers, literature and culture. We chose four Estonia related writers, who each represent a different era in Estonian literature. We designed one of the gates in Tallinn airport to be a comfortable cabinet library. The crowd magnet for this reading and book-swap lounge are four ginormous 3D heads. As an additional option for hardcover book-swap, we also give the option of downloading e-books by scanning QR-codes from the shelves. E-books are readable with mobile app and reader. Introduction for the app is broadcasted by a giant touchscreen display. There are also a wide variety of board games. A powerful ambient advertisement that invites new travellers to the cabinet library while also introducing the rich history of Estonian literature.
