Problem: A telecom brand Elisa was lacking emotional attachment. How to improve it by not just saying but also showing? Solution: To visualize the new emotional tagline (“Let’s keep in touch”) we showed the bitter and sweet emotions of everyday people working far from their loved ones. The feeling of honesty and true emotion was kept thorough every aspect: Storytelling – three parallel stories nicely mix together to support the main idea. Casting – in order to be easily relatable we specifically looked for real and sincere people instead of actors. VFX – romantic Northern lights were created digitally. Music – a bitter-sweet melody guides the right feeling. Sound – first-hand background sounds bring the characters closer to the viewer and therefore make the clip feel more “real”.
