Since people had the opportunity to try out the daily activity in their new work roles and positions, the climate and mutual communication within the company improved after the event: employees found respect for their co-workers doing different work and got the whole picture of the entire work process.
The number of accidents at work and the quantity of substandard production decreased in the ABB plant. People took their role in the long process more seriously and paid more attention to the efficiency, quality of work and more accurate adherence to work instructions and processes.
