The new visual identity of the state portal is born from the keywords visibility and openness. Since the state portal plays a natural role in the communication between the person and the state, the leaf, celebrating growth and progress, was chosen as the recurrent motif in the new visual identity.
Riigiportaali uus visuaalne identiteet on kantud märksõnadest läbipaistvus ja avatus. Kuna riigiportaal on inimese ja riigi omavahelise suhtluse orgaaniline osa, on visuaalis läbivaks kujundiks leht, mis tähistab kasvu ja pidevat arengut.
