There are two things that characterize Estonians: singing and grilling. One does not exclude the other and when first dry spots of lawn appear, Estonians are ready to grill and sing till dawn! Special occasion to embrace singing is held in every five years– The National Song Festival. Both activities are warmly welcomed by everybody and since Rakvere supports these traditions, The National Grill Festival was held this summer.
