Kolk Brewery is a family firm with beer brewing traditions dating back several generations. In 2015, the Kolks opened a modern brewery in Läänemaa. Naturally, the beer was named KOLK. When designing the package we were guided by the “less is more” principle. Clean and clear, monochrome design established on dashing tilt gives the brewers the opportunity to change the name of the product quickly if they decide to expand. Instead of fine-tuning the design in cooperation with the designer the brewery can focus on their main activity – brewing.
