Problem: Elisa as a telecom brand was lacking emotional attachment. Solution: We created a new, warm and humane approach/tagline “Let’s keep in touch” and launched it with a touching Christmas story. Results: The campaign likeability in the target group was nearly twice as high as Elisa average - 62% vs average 34% (Kantar Emor)
